Wedding formals are one of my favorite parts of a wedding to shoot. It is such a beautiful and special time just between the bride and the groom. They get to be themselves and soak in all the reason why they love each other. While I usually recommend getting your formals taken before the actual wedding day I do understand that their are sometimes limitations, timing issues, or various other reasons why that just isn’t possible. So taking your formals on your wedding day is still very doable. Just like this cute couple. Simply Shelby by Mishae had the opportunity to photograph this stunning wedding this past fall. She was able to get the bride and groom to sneak away for a few mins to take some formal photographs. Capturing the newly married couple was perfection. You could see how much they love each other. So if you’re choosing to get your formals done on the actual wedding day make sure to talk through the schedule of your day to make sure you allow some time for just the two of you.
