Its Great to Be Eight!
These two cuties! I had the privilege to photograph both of these amazing kiddos who are getting ready to be baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. These two looked so grown up and emulated pure joy. We had so much fun walking around the temple grounds and finding fun and beautiful backdrops to work with. The fall colors were showing off and my favorite “glowy light” was shining through perfectly during our sessions.
There is something so beautiful about baptism photos. They both look so much older than eight and its a mixed bag of emotions for some families. They still see their sweet babies in their faces and yet they are growing up right before their very own eyes. Photographer tip….bring tissues if needed! I try to have some on hand just in case the water works make an appearance. But if there are multiple criers, I make no guarantee’s I’ll have enough. ;0)
