There is just something so magical about golden hour lighting during the summer. It just seems to make everything more. More dreamy, more glowy, more ethereal, more breath taking, I mean more of all the things basically. And this golden hour night was on a whole other level. Its sessions like this that remind me why I wanted to be a photographer, what my inspirations and drives are, and how lucky I am to get to do what I do every day. There’s so many challenges and hardships that come along with owning your own business, don’t get me wrong. I mean there is hard in everything that we do right. But man nights like this one really bring me back to the foundation of why we have Simply Shelby Photography and why I continue to show up day in and day out. I do it for my family, my associates and backend help, my clients, and for me honestly. Photography brings so much to my own personal peace and soul and I am so happy that sessions like this remind me on the regular just truly how amazing my life and job is!
