I have a special place in my heart for family pictures. I know that for some, family pictures are stressful and not your favorite activity in the world. But for me its a snapshot into your world and I am always honored to being brought into your own little bubble. Family pictures are one of those sessions that I get the most questions about. The number one question I am usually asked is “What should we wear?” I always recommend basing family pictures off of one single persons outfit. Typically I suggest mom picking a dress, its flattering on everyone, and then use her dress as the spring board for everyone else. You don’t have to be wearing the exact same outfit, but pull colors and styles from her to make the pictures more cohesive.
