First birthdays can be and are a big deal to a lot of people. There are SO many changes that happen over the first year of a babies life. The milestones met, the physical growth, the developmental stages that are reached, and even possibly talking and walking. The fact that this teeny tiny babe came into your arms completely helpless and sleeping 90% of the day, to basically becoming a full blown mini human with a big personality is completely mind blowing. So I am all for making a big deal out of turning one. So when this cute little guys parents wanted all the things for his first birthday session, my cute associate Simply Shelby by McKayla was all over it! They had individuals, and a few family, a cake smash and a milk bath. Seriously! The cutest thing ever. I loved the different variety of shots she was able to achieve and this little guy seriously did so good. His big eyes just melt your heart. So don’t worry about going big for their first birthdays. I think its well deserved for everyone!
