Weddings are one of the biggest days of our lives and can be as immaculate or as simple as we want them to be. Weddings can take place outside, in a chapel, in a reception center, your friends backyard or even at a destination location. The best thing about weddings is that you get to make them your own and how you’ve always wanted them to be. So when I heard that my sweet associate Kenna was flying out to California to do a beach front elopement for this sweet couple I was ecstatic to see her gallery. Her bride and groom wanted a simple elopement with close family and friends at a location that they loved most. There was no need for décor, seating, a venue etc. It was the ocean, the sky, their loved ones, an officiant, Kenna, and each other. Amazing! Looking back on my own wedding with so much work, stress, time, and money…the beach is looking like it would have been a great idea about now. But honestly that’s not for everyone and that’s okay! That’s why weddings are the best. You can make them your own and they will be stunning, perfect and glorious no matter how you choose to celebrate your love.
