It almost felt like as soon as the stunning fall leaves came, they promptly left just as quick. But even as the leaves lost there vibrancy they still provided such a beautiful backdrop. I love the look of fall leaves on the ground almost as much as I love seeing them up on the trees. There is just something so “hallmarky” about a good fall season and colorful leaves amongst the trails, streets, and sidewalks in fall. It makes you feel a sort of way and I don’t know how to really explain it other than maybe warm and cozy happy. It never ceases to put a smile on my face when I see those fall leaves. They are all but gone now that we are in mid November. But looking back on these early fall sessions, like this one taken by my talented associate Simply Shelby by Liesel, I can’t help but look forward to next October. It might be the best month of the year, but that’s still up for debate.
