Its already the middle of August and I can’t even tell you how fast and yet slow this month has gone. Welcoming our little man into this world has been the biggest and hardest blessing of my life. As a working mom and business owner, I’ve been trying to find the balance of working mom life while still taking care of my own needs. One thing that I have loved about this business that I have created is editing photographs on my own schedule. I can do editing in all of the mom cracks of life without missing out on all of the firsts, milestones, cuddles, and family moments. Being your own boss is ALOT of hard work but it also has so many perks that I am so grateful for. While editing this family session I couldn’t help but let my emotions get the best of me. It hit be like a wave of love and gratitude for my life, for what I do, for my little family, my associates, and all of those who I have the privilege of working with each session. Thank you for being patient with me as I start this new chapter in my life and keep working on finding my groove with this thing called boss babe + motherhood.
