What a beautiful family!! Simply Shelby by Mishae had the opportunity to take their family photos this past month and I love how they turned out. This family chose a very neutral color palate with whites, khakis, and brown hues. It was such a simple palate to work with and highlighted everyone so well. A lot of people ask about what colors to wear for pictures and more often than not I always suggest neutral colors as a base with pops of accessories. So that could be whites, creams, khaki, light wash jeans, grays, black etc And then add in some fun accessories. But its also so fun to add splashes of color for different seasons. For example a red beanie or mittens in a snow session, or olive, yellow hints in the fall. What it really comes down to is what you feel the most comfortable and confident in. Pick colors that you love to wear or highlight your family and then go from there. This cute family did such a great job for Mishae and I loved editing this whole gallery.
