Some people cringe when they hear their loved ones bring up extended family photos. It can be a lot to coordinate and a lot of back and forth. You have to decide what to wear and which day and time works the best. But I have to tell you that extended family photos are such a treasure to have. You never know what the next year, months or days might bring to your family. Having photos with the whole family in them is simply priceless.
Some extended families have a lot of people in them and a lot of wiggly bodies. I always suggest having a list of what photos you’d LOVE to have and a few that you’d like to have if we have enough time or family patients to get done. Sometimes grandma can worry about what everyone is doing or which grandbaby needs some extra love or attention. Don’t stress about any of that. Let me guild the group. I have enough experience to know when to move locations, which groups need photos first, and how to get those wiggle babies to give me a smile. You will not regret getting everyone together. I promise. The holidays are a great time to schedule family photos because everyone is together anyway. So chat with your loved ones and schedule an extended family session this holiday season.
