The most common question I get asked on a daily basis is what should I wear to my session. This is asked no matter what the session type is across all styles, seasons etc. When in doubt choose neutral or earth tones. Wear a silhouette that makes you feel beautiful and highlights your favorite features about yourself. I always encourage dresses too because they are so flattering on everyone, give so much movement in photos, and are easy to coordinate group outfits around too. For maternity sessions in particular, dresses are always a great choice. They highlight your baby bump beautifully and aren’t restricting to movement either. This sweet momma to be listened to my associate Liesel’s advice to a T. She picked a high waisted, neutral colored dress that was gorgeous with the blossoms. She also brought a few of her own accessories and they were so stinking cute. Just look at this sweet babies face. Perfection! So when in doubt neutrals, earth tones, dresses and something you are comfortable wearing. Pictures are meant to show off how beautiful you are on the inside too so pick items that make you feel your very best and we’ll do the rest.
