Southern Utah has been getting hit with heat wave after heat wave this summer. Its no mystery that I don’t love the hot summer days, but it did remind me of this gorgeous wedding formal session I got to shoot down their when it wasn’t 117 degrees. Yikes! My adorable clients love all things red rocks and asked if Id be willing to capture their wedding formals down south. I jumped on that opportunity so quick because I love it down there, minus the hot sun. Luckily, our session day wasn’t anywhere near that hot and we were able to shoot some amazing photographs. This brides sense of style was amazing and I loved all of the little details that she had in her dress, ring, and bouquet. It was simply her personality all the way around and I loved how perfect it was for her and her hubby to be. Sometimes detail shots can be all but forgotten. But I’ve found that those little details are usually the ones most stressed over and wanting to be remembered. I always try to make sure to not only capture the beautiful faces of my clients but also the details that make their special day truly theirs.
