February is almost over and I can’t even believe it. This has been the fastest month this year and its only the second one. Sheesh! This adorable little family was able to fit in a mini family session before the month was over. Look how adorable they all are. All four of the kiddos were angels and we had so much fun running around in the snow. I love how each of the kiddos sweet personalities came through with their outfits and mannerisms in the photos. They are all simply the best! Their outfits are all coordinating without being matchy matchy which is such a great way to style your family mini session. It gives everyone an opportunity to be themselves but still make the photos feel like a collective whole.
When your looking for outfit inspirations I highly suggest looking through my blog and portfolio for ideas. There are lots of ideas and inspirations that you can see in both of those places. Different seasons work better with different color pallets due to the backdrop colors will be working with. Having your kiddos in on the whole outfit picking ordeal is also a trick to get everyone excited for pictures. When your kiddos love what they are wearing and are comfortable in it, they have a much better attitude about photos too. Have two or three outfit ideas picked out that will all work and then let them choose which one they love the most. Do they need their favorite hat, great make it work. Is your daughter refusing to wear pants, no worries put in her a dress with leggings or stockings. Having outfits that work for the whole family makes everyone happy from the get go which always makes for a great start to any family session.
