Last month we were able to celebrate Mothers Day and some of my associates offered Mother Day minis to honor all of the amazing mothers in our lives. One of the hardest parts of my own mom passing away was realizing that I didn’t have very many pictures with my mom. She was always the one taking the pictures and was rarely in front of the camera. Part of my passion for photography stems from those memories and wanting to make sure other mothers take the opportunity to get in front of the camera too. So whenever I get to edit Mommy and Me sessions I always remember my own Mom and feel so grateful that these mommas got in front of the camera with their babies. This sweet Mommy and Me session was photographed my by adorable associate Simply Shelby by Cortney. She did such a great job at letting the kiddos play and be themselves. I love that it shows each of their personalities and that their momma got to love on them too.
