The best part about my associate program is that my associates can be located anywhere. I love being able to provide anyone willing to learn and put in the work, how to make a successful photography business all while gaining a life long family and forever friends. That has been one of the biggest blessings that has come from this program. All of the girls and women who I’ve had the privilege to mentor and hire onto the Simply Shelby team have become my literal best friends. I talk to them daily whether is through group chats, mentor calls, brainstorm sessions etc. Having such a tightknit group of women makes for some creative photography because we are able to bounce ideas off of each other, support, and help when needed. It really is the best of both worlds. You get to make your business yours while still having an amazing community of women cheering you on in all that you do. Plus bonus, with so many different associates located in different areas there are more clients we are able to meet and reach for those looking for beautiful sessions.
